What we collect

When you apply for a role, register your CV or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, contact details, location, right to work, CV and any message. We use them to assess your suitability for roles, to contact you about opportunities and to respond to enquiries.

How we hold it

Applications are held in a screening environment and reviewed by a consultant. Only candidates we believe we can help are added to our main recruitment database. We never share your CV with a client without your agreement.

Your rights

You may ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing info@marcillyrecruitment.com. We retain candidate data for as long as it is relevant to finding you a role, and review it regularly.
