We know that a CV is important, but at the same time it is only a piece of paper. Our role as consultants is to understand the needs of the employer and the candidate well enough to bring together the right match in expertise, personality and culture.

Today we place business support and private household staff across London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods, the UK, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland, the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Because our team has lived and worked on both sides of that journey, cultural understanding is not a line on a website; it is how we make placements last.
Deliberately boutique.
We take on a limited number of briefs at a time, meet every client and interview every candidate ourselves, and back every permanent placement with a nine-month guarantee. We would rather do fewer placements and get them right.
