We are a boutique consultancy and cannot meet everyone, but we read every CV and we reply wherever there is a fit. This is what happens next.

Apply or register
Apply to a specific role on the job board or register your CV. Everything arrives in our screening inbox, not a database, and is read by a consultant.

A first conversation
If your experience fits the roles we recruit for, we call to learn more about you and arrange a registration meeting, in person in London or Dubai, or by video.

Registration meeting
Around an hour, in person or by video, to really understand you as a person and as a professional. We discuss your experience, your strengths, what you enjoy and what you want next, as well as the practicalities: location, salary, notice, right to work and travel. Finding the right fit for client and candidate alike is at the forefront of what we do. Bring your passport and relevant certificates.

Matching
When a suitable role comes up, we brief you fully and honestly before anything is sent: the principal, the household or business, the hours, the package and anything we think you should weigh up. Transparency on both sides is how we get to the right, long-term fit. Only with your agreement do we present you to the client.

Interviews and offer
We prepare you for each stage, manage scheduling, and give you honest feedback afterwards. When an offer comes, we help you consider it properly.

After you start
We keep in touch through probation and beyond. The relationship does not end when the contract is signed.
