Caroline May
Caroline founded Marcilly in 2020 with a simple conviction: that recruitment should be personal, honest and consultative, on both sides of the placement.
Caroline is an experienced PA and secretarial recruiter who loves working directly with clients and candidates alike, using her strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with people at every level.
Following a stint as an Administrative Assistant and a ski season in Val d’Isère, Caroline completed the Executive PA diploma at Quest Professional. This launched her career as an Executive Assistant, initially in executive search in the UK and later in the construction industry in Dubai. While in the Middle East she was approached about a role in recruitment and spent a successful period specialising in architecture and design talent, before joining a PA and secretarial recruitment firm on her return to the UK in 2016.
She founded Marcilly Recruitment in 2020 to bring that blend of lived experience, as an assistant and as a recruiter in both London and the Gulf, to a broader range of clients and candidates.
