Account / Project Manager
Embedded Account/Project Manager for a London design agency, working in a real-estate client’s Abu Dhabi offices on a 12-month contract.
The role
A boutique London design agency has won a retainer with a major Abu Dhabi real estate developer. They need an Account / Project Manager to sit with the client in Abu Dhabi and act as the conduit between the client’s marketing team and the agency’s creative team in London.
The retainer covers always-on social and content, lead-generation campaigns, internal communications and asset production.
Responsibilities
- Building and updating project timelines and trackers
- Interpreting briefs and clarifying deliverables between client and creative teams
- Taking meeting notes and circulating clear actions
- Running projects through the agency’s ticketing system
- Preparing agendas, follow-ups and pitch research
About you
- 3+ years in a client-facing agency or in-house marketing role
- Commercially minded: keeps projects on budget and on time
- Detail-oriented with a solution-first attitude
- Comfortable working between two time zones and two organisations
Process
Candidates will be interviewed first by the agency team, then by the client in Abu Dhabi. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 12-month contract.
